My lg k7 ear speaker is very faint and staticy

Can't hear the party on the other end of the phone just static and very faint

Welcome to Android Central! Can you hear them on speakerphone, or on a wired or Bluetooth headset? If yes, then the earpiece speaker is faulty, and needs to be replaced.
