My LG L40 phone turns itself off when I turn on my mobile data, why is this happening?

my lg l40 phone tirns itself off when i turn on my mobile data why is this happening?

this started happening yesterday. my lg l40 phone was fine one minute and then it started restarting itself everytime i turned on my mobile data so i put it on charge and it worked fine with the mobile data on and as soon as i took it off charge it powered off. I tried turning it on today and it wont even boot up and when i put it on charge it flashes with an empty battery with a loading sign and vibrates then goes black and repeats.

i dont know whats happening please help me!!!
