My LG Optimus F7 lost keyboard and language and the input settings won't open, how can I get it working again?

LG Optimus F7 lost keyboard and language and input settings won't open

I did a factory reset already, sine I'm selling the phone anyways and already got a new Android. I can't get into the Play Store since I can't type, and it wouldn't matter anyways since I can't get into the language and input settings to enable a newly installed keyboard. So please help, is there something else I can do to get a keyboard back on this phone so I can sell it?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you go to Settings>Apps>All, and make sure the keyboard app hasn't been disabled?
