my lg stylos 2 plus wont connect to internet

i reset and erased the phone and when i was trying to set up it wouldn't let me connect the internet or even touch the connect button as if it was blocked. anyone have a explanation?

The problem could be both hardware or software related. You should firstly try flashing the stock ROM and see if that fixes. If that doesn't work, there could be some sort of problem in IC of the phone or something like that so you should then take it to repair shop.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you referring to wi-fi connection during the Setup Wizard? Does it detect any networks at all? Does it work if you use an open public wi-fi network (like at your local library), rather than your home network?
