My lgl 34c has a message that the lg keyboard has stoped working

My phone keyboard will not work. How can I fix this

Welcome to Android Central! Does it persist after a reboot? If so, then go to Settings>Apps>All​, select Keyboard, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now try again.
