'My Location' bug

I've found some threads but nothing recent or AT&T HTC One specific- so do I have to uninstall/reinstall Google Play Services for the phone to again recognize where I live instead of saying 'My Location' or...?? Anyone else have this problem (and solved it) of late? Thanks!

Settings > Location > GPS satellites checked?
