My lock screen isnt where it belongs and Idk how to get it there

[Android Central Question]

When I turn my phone on. My lock screen isn't there. It's my home screen . I was searching for it and it is above the page that has wifi,mobel data,Bluetooth settings on it

Which device?
Go to settings >lock screen to set-up probably turn off and need to go security/biometric to set-up finger print, pattern, password,pin
