My M9 stopped upgrading Whatsapp on the 9th September.

When my phone's date is September 10th, my WhatsApp will not display at all. I have to set the date to the 8th September and WhatsApp will be active. To maintain communication I have to set the date to the 7th September because the date will move forward and I must maintain it before the (the September. Where can I download or upgrade the software as the phone will not download if it is on the correct date?.

That's a problem with the app, not with Android. Email them at android@support.whatsapp.com, giving them the make and model of the phone and the date of your latest Android update.
