My mobile data is connected but it doesn't work
My htc one shows the mobile data as "connected" and it says I have a 3G connection but it won't load anything. I have no issues with it when it's connected to wifi. I've tried everything I can think of, I've restarted the phone, I've turned airplane mode on and off, I've turned mobile data off and on, I've checked for software updates, I've reset the APN and also tried changing the APN manually. I have no idea what the problem is, if anyone can suggest anything else to try, I'd be grateful.
