My mogot g can't connect to ATT-Uverse

[AC Question]

I just bought MOTO g phone, and tried to connect to ATT-Uverse at home.
However, the phone just can't connect to it.
What's wrong with it??

Welcome to Android Central! How are you trying to connect to U-verse? I assume you have a wi-fi router connected to your U-verse modem, which is broadcasting a wi-fi signal that your Moto G can pick up, correct? Otherwise, are you trying to connect via mobile data (i.e., 3G/4G) to AT&T's cell service?
