MI have a e Moto 4 that is randomly blocking my contacts from calling I their numbers are notyet I cannot receive calls from them how do I unblock the numbers

You can try safe mode see if it still happening.

If it still happens in safe mode, to to where both you and one of those friends are getting a strong signal, then have him/her call you. If the call is blocked, talk to your carrier. If it goes to voicemail, talk to your carrier. If it does anything else, register, come back here, and let us know.

Welcome to Android Central! Are they being routed straight to your voicemail? Are you certain they're being blocked, or could it be that you're sometimes in areas with poor cell reception? Since you say it's "random," it sounds more like a network issue.
