My MOTO E 2015 showing error "Unfortunately setup wizard has stopped"

My MOTO E 2015 was running CyanogenMod Otus 12.1, today morning i've updated as i've set for daily updates. It has updated to Cyanogenmod 13 (MarshMallow).

And it is showing error after update as:

"Unfortunately setup wizard has stopped"

You can trying booting in to recovery and clearing the cache partition to see if that fixes it. If not you might need to do a factory reset.
