My moto e gets stuck on boot is there a way for me to get into it without doing a hard reset?

Its a moto e 2nd gen model xt830c. ive tried clearing cache and that didn't help any. Its still running android 4.4.4 , Its my old phone and want to get some pics off of it. If anyone can help id appreciate it.
