My moto g4 plus is not detecting the Sim

After a factory reset phone is not detecting the SIM , as well as the cellular network setting is in greyed out state. The same SIM is working on another mobile. Any help with issue is highly appreciated

The cellular network is greyed out because the SIM isn't being detected. Why isn't it being detected? It could be corrupted firmware (backing everything up, reflashing the ROM, then restoring everything will fix that) or the SIM port just happened to go bad at the same time that you did the reset.
