My Moto X has lost correct time. Is 4 and 1/2 hours behind. How can I correct it?

My moto X has lost correct time. Is 4 and 1/2 hours behind.

Have gone to App-settings, but next screen has no time or date setting. Have turned. phone off and on several times hoping correct time would appear but never does.

On the app settings, check for eastern, Central and Pacific time, it might be changed on there.

There should be a Date and Time setting in the General section. Make sure it's on "Automatic". If it's still wrong, contact your carrier, because that's the time it is on their tower.
