My Music wont play

I've synced my watch to my galaxy note8 and downloaded tracks onto my watch to listen to at work (phone stays in my locker at work not connected). First few days everything was fine the other day something happened that when I try to play my downloaded tracks from my play list I can select them but when it goes to play it continuously says "no track". I've reset the watch and redownloaded my tracks but still getting same issue. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

So as a last resort I once again reset my watch, this time I removed all music files from my phone, not convinced this would help since it is watch not playing the files anymore.....I re synced my music files from PC onto phone (added some new tracks for poops and laughs) reconnected watch to phone, downloaded files to watch.....now it works again, hell if I know as to why , I just hope this isn't going to be a constant issue
