my n9 won't stop rebooting.

I updated to nougat last week. I got the developer OtA but it looks like it's the new 7.0 version. I reset the data tonight and after a while it started rebooting over and over by itself. it Won't stop. I've tried to power off and it just keeps going. I've got 70% battery life so it has a way to go before it runs out of juice. It's rebooted about 50 times by now. Do I just let it go? Any ideas out there on what to do?

Clear the cache partition and dalvik cache. Fix permissions. Try again.

Thanks for your response. But I can't get into anything except to unlock the screen. I finally tried the power and volume down keys. They still work if you hold them down long enough. I ended up resetting the data again.
