Hello, Why my new HTC M7 battery drains fast? Its like only 2 days old. Im using 4.2 android, and after like 1:30 - 2:00 hours from 100% its like 90% i was not almost using it. Power Saver On, Fast Boot Off, Wi-fi and every other stuff Off. In settings > power, > usage android system is 87-92% :O
When I'm using Internet every 1% drains in 5-10 mins.

Hope you can help :( Sorry for my bad english

Welcome to Android Central! It would help to see more stats. Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

In the meantime, also review this guide: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...how-tos/298919-guide-battery-saving-tips.html

It'd still be helpful to see the Screen and Cell Standby categories in the battery stats. In the list of apps that shows the percentage of battery use, tap on Screen and show us that info; do the same for Cell Standby.

Ummm... Im confused, there is no Cell Standby, i only have this -Screenshot_2015-01-09-21-34-10.jpg
Oh and yea.. Before i went to gym i had 22%, telephone was at home, i came back from gym and its now 11% ... :( wi-fi was turned off.

Cell Standby might not show up if it hasn't been responsible for a big part of your battery usage.

Your Android System is using a large proportion of battery--it seems to be too high, and might correspond to the frequent waking of the phone. But it can be hard to drill down to figure out what part of the System is doing it. A reboot might improve things. If that doesn't help, try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-6526

Allright, I wiped cache partition. I will tell you if it change something, now its 100% when it reach 20 % i will post new screenshot.

Can you show the other battery stat screens like before, so we can get an idea if it's the browsing or the games that is responsible (or if it's still Android System)?

When you say your phone is new, I'm assuming it's just new to you and not brand new, right? The M7 has been out for a long time, so this must be a used or refurbished unit. Where did you buy it? It's possible the battery is either old and failing, or relatively new but defective. Try a new battery--or bring it back to the seller and ask for an exchange or refund.
