my new note 4 doesnt gave me greeen led light after 100% when 1st i pit it on charge

my note 4 fone doesnt gives me green light when reached 100% to pls tell me that does note 4 doesnt gives green light ? or i have to wait even after 100% if yes then how long? please help me out plsI bought it yesterday
When it doesnt gave me green led light even after reaching 100% i was a bit worried and i removed it from charging in fear that keeping on charge ferther may cause my phones battery damage
I am using its in box adaptive fast chaging too.

Welcome to Android Central! Assuming you don't have a cheap and shoddy charger, leaving the device plugged in won't hurt the device. Devices draw as much current as they need, and when they don't need any more, they don't draw any current. The charger won't force current into the device.

I would just charge the device until it reads 100%, then unplug it. Sorry, but I can't tell you for sure what the LED should show (but for this issue, it doesn't really matter).
