My new Note is "Out for delivery"

Let me know how it turns out.. I just opened mine and guess what..... Both seals broken...

Both seals were intact. Setting up the device and trying to do an unboxing and hands-on video. On my first device from Best Buy, I stayed on the phone letting them know how displeased that I was and managed to convince them to let me use the first one until the replacement arrived. I told them that they were the ones that created the issue. You will need to keep after them and do most of the legwork unfortunately if you want it resolved to your satisfaction.

There are a lot of videos already out there but none filmed entirely with a GS3 smartphone. I hate to say it but the demands of a day job have delayed my video which is almost ready for editing.

The 32 GB version is only available online. Best Buy will not ship to a store location. Tonight, when I opened the second one, we will see if the seals are broken. You can bet that I will raise holy terror if that is the case.

The shipment has finally arrived at out local hub. I am guessing that UPS does not deliver on Saturday so an "expedited" shipment by Best Buy will take seven days when it gets here on Monday. The first device with the broken box seals took only two days on expedited delivery. Interesting, huh?

Yea, we won't purchase from Best Buy anymore due to their lack of customer service and disorganized shipping department. They lost a very loyal customer and Amazon gained a very new loyal customer

Barskin - this is me TODAY!! We bought the deep grey 32gig too. My new Note is on its way for delivery today, but it's going to my house....and am at work right now!!!! grrrrr....
At least my husband knows to open/inspect and charge it for me and by the time am home from work, I'll be all over that device, can't wait!! Hope you're still enjoying your new device, how's that multi-tasking feature and the S-pen??

I know you mentioned Barskin directly, but I felt the desire to share my thoughts. The multitasking hasn't been a major deal for me YET, but the S Pen is AMAZING. I am using this tablet for school with the Kno textbook app and I am notating and highlighting my texts as if they were regular paper copies. I love S Note for taking my lecture notes and for organizing my information. I use S Planner for all my due dates and other obligations and it all works together flawlessly. S Planner is actually a hidden gem if you ask me. Not many people mention it, but it is by far my favorite electronic calendar program that I have used on any device.

So, I only had 2 hours to play with my new tablet yesterday....and all I can say is WOW!! It is most impressive!! No broken seals and everything was included! I was able to try the two most talked about features, multitasking and the S-Pen....I was really impressed with these two features!! The S-pen is incredibly accurate and so easy to use, and the multitasking is going to be handy for my research.

The responsiveness of the unit is remarkable. Clarity of the screen is beautiful, I don't mind if it doesn't have retina display (that's just so over rated ) Thanks for pointing out the S-Planner app, I'll have to try it out for sure

Ya, am a happy camper.....can't wait to explore more!!
