Appreciate everyone's help, this was my 1st adventure with an unlocked phone and updating firmware

Initial impressions as compared to my Galaxy S2, is WOW so far the GN with 4.0.2 is very smooth everything seems to be working fine, AT&T phone signal is between 3G and H+, wifi no issues.

Phone seems to be a little quiet even with the volume turned up, love the splash screen on start up but it would be nice to have some sort of music or a tone with it, not sure if I am doing something wrong or not... any ways so far so GOOD, for $625 I am happy - Hoping to recoup some of my investment GN dollars by selling my 3 month old GS2 on ebay

Pick up Volume+ and light flow from the market. Helps with volume and light flow lets you customize the LED notification light.

1st day with my new GN
Signal has held strong on H+ all day today, and battery life seems very good, going on 11hrs of on time and usage and have only lost 30%

I am amazed how smooth 4.0 is as compared to my Galaxy S2 which I think is a great phone

Can you tell me what your baseband version is? Settings -> About Phone?

I'm having GPS lock issues and I'm thinking maybe flashing to another baseband would help. Mine is I9250XXKK6.

I'm basically having GPS locking issues both indoors and out....would you be willing to assist me a bit in troubleshooting?

Download GPS Status from the market and install. Make sure your WIFI is off and start the application. See how long it takes you to get a green status (top left panel) while being indoors (describe your structure as well so I have something to compare to)

Ok downloaded, turned off wifi, and within seconds it had locked onto 8/9 Fix/Sats not sure exactly what I am looking for as I have a bunch of green numbers and a little green circle? I am sitting near an outside wall of my office (approx. 10' to 12' away from the outside wall of a 2 story house)
Not sure I helped much but hopefully I did

Same baseband and I locked on to 6/7 within 5 seconds. I'm in the middle if my house in the John on the second floor taking a crap.

I think I might have a bad Gnex.....In my condo sitting about 4 ft from the window I basically don't get a lock almost ever....granted there are 4 floors above me....but even in structures with just a typical roof it still takes too long to get a lock....I flashed stock 4.0.2 onto my device so I'm running stock, re-locked the bootloader and everything.
