My new Z3 display has lost the Red color, what should I do?

My new Z3 display has lost the Red colour

My new Z3 (6 weeks old) was working fine. The display was a pleasure. I updated to Lollipop and after that the phone doesn't show the colour Red, it has become Brown. It's tried adjusting the White Balance but nothing works. Since I bought the phone online I don't know know what to do.

Welcome to Android Central! If it's new, it should be under warranty, so you could always contact Sony.

In the meantime, you could try wiping the cache partition, although it probably won't help (but it won't hurt, either): https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-16654. Factory reset would be the next step.
