My Nexus 4...

received the update to 4.4. I use the N4 basically just websurfing and it got an update to 4.4 when my S4 is still 4.2.2. Wth? Oh by the way, im on Tmobile. Will I ever get at least 4.3? I see pretty much everbody, just about, has received the update.

Have you checked for a Software Update with your S4? It's possible T-Mobile is holding it back. The Nexus 4 gets its updates from Google itself so they receive them as soon as they come out. Carrier phones like your S4 don't because the update is subject to the tweaking and the approval as well as the dissemination of your carrier.

Yup. I think they suck for it. They should just do what my carrier here in the Philippines does. My S4 is the same as unbranded except it's SIM locked... However, I receive updates the same as unbranded ones. Our carrier apps we can download and install from the Google Play Store when we need them. The apps are late with the updates, but who cares.
