My nexus 5 crashes alot during the day. Help?

So the title is quite self explanatory. It's been happening and I do not know why

More details would always help. Is it completely random, or does it seem to be associated with any particular apps or activities? By crash, do you mean it reboots, or freezes? Does the phone get particularly warm?
