My Nexus 6P had issues with Office365

After a long conversation with IT today, it is a company policy issue......They are pushing the iPhone as their IT standard.

I am not a happy camper but also wanted to share this with the forum. I really liked the 6P and will most likely buy one as my personal device if I decide to carry two devices.

So they do not support Android? That sucks. I actually got a second line specifically for MobileIron so I could keep my rooted goodness and still get company reimbursement.

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to try out Google Fi to me!

I just use a web browser to access my company email. Two good reasons:

1. They arent paying for my phone, so why should I integrate their stuff directly onto it

and 2. They are probably pushing "remote wipe" functionality too...no way in hell should my place of employment be able to wipe my phone (again, that they dont pay for).

Not integrating directly into the email client isnt the most convenient, but it resolves both issues.

Gave up too early man. Should have tried another app like Outlook for Android.
