my nexus 9 is stuck on google screen ?

i have rebooted it and factory reset it , i have done everything and it always gets stuck on the google logo... any help ??

Welcome to Android Central! Did you do the factory reset from the Recovery Menu? You could try re-flashing the stock ROM, but I'm not sure if that's possible with the device hanging on the Google logo: https://www.androidcentral.com/how-manually-upgrade-pixel-nexus
