My nokia 3 fails to fix no command screen

Last week i tried updating my nokia 3 software from android 7.1.1 to Android 8 while updating it crushed and showed no command black screen and then I tried the recovery mode, i wiped the factory reset after that I booted my phone but still doesnt want to work how can I fix it

Regardless of whether you use an OTA update or downloaded an update file and used it yourself, you've wiped out the Android partition, so about the only thing you can do now is flash a stock ROM. This may be of some help to you.
