My Note 10.1 SD Card keeps unmounting itself

Hi, I've searched, but Samsung S3 seems to have more popularity with the SD card problem. My Note works fine, but these few months after it went sleep and when I turn it on, there's "Preparing SD Card" notification. It still works fine, but when I create playlist with Samsung music player everything from SD card will be missing from the playlist... Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.

Have the same problem.Can view everthing on 'my file' but nothing appear on other apps.Search online but no solution. Please help

This happened to me and I had to replace the card. For some reason it went bad and the tablet would stop recognizing it, unmount.
Get a new card and it should correct the problem.
