My note 2 had an update this morning but I don't what's new?

I had a system update this morning. My phone is on the Orange network in the UK. Any ideas folks? It seems the same. I went hunting for new features lol

I had an update too but am in US with an unlocked phone, all apps and settings are same as 4.1.2

I think it was around 50mb so maybe. Thought it could be an unlock for a few features or maybe the new play store people are on about. But it was neither.

Freezing issues were reported by many samsung galaxy s3 users worldwide and samsung has released a patch to fix it. May be samsung is proactively fixing the bug before it hit other devices.

I can only think it was to address the freezing issues with touchwiz. My phone which is a note 2 was freezing when running widgets, this was multiple times a day. Since installing the update it hasn't frozen once, and I'm running every widget possible now to test it out. Its all good....
