My Note 2 won't boot after flashing kernel. What should I do?

I am running stock 4.3 rom, with philz recovery (and rooted too). Yesterday I flashed a Perseus kernel and my phone won't go past the "SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II" screen. I had to re-flash firmware because I couldn't find the stock kernel anywhere (I wonder). Now I again flashed the DB kernel from xda

And again the same thing happened. I wish to dual boot my phone running CM 11 and TW. But I can't even boot my phone. And yes, I wiped dalvik and cache. What I am doing wrong? Please guide me.
