My Note 20 Ultra is not in good shape :(

So I've been using the Note 20 Ultra that I got from Amazon last year in "used like new" condition. There is unfortunately many issues with the device in recent months. Screen burn, camera issues, and most recently, when on calls, I can barely hear who is on the other end. Can't seem to figure that one out. Perhaps the microphone/speaker has gone bad?

I'm not entirely sure what to do because honestly it's an enjoyable device to use. I've opted to pop my sim card back into my S21 Ultra, though.
