My Note 3 front camera tells me to restart the camera and always goes back to the home screen, can I get some help?

My note 3 front camera Tells me to restart camera and always goes back tho the home screen

Anytime I click on the front camera icon it says ..restart camera.. I have tried clearing all the data it still doesn't function And I have also resented the phone still the same problem . Any help?
