My note 3 is starting to slow down/lag

Any ideas on how to speed it up. The phones starting to just be sluggish and slow. I've cleared all apps from ram and that will make it some what faster but still not like it was even a month ago.

I bought the phone when it was released for verizon

I booted to recovery and wiped cache from there. That seemed to work. Thx
