My Note 4 doesn't receive calls sometimes?

Help sometimes my Note 4 won't receive calls. Is it my Wi-Fi or something? Have any of you experienced this?

If you're using WiFi calling that might be the issue. WiFi calling (especially on T-Mobile) is still kinda buggy, and if you don't have a good router or your connection is too unstable or too 'busy', you might run into issues there.
