My note 5 imei showhing worng model in net ?

i have buy a used note 5 of verizone .when i insert a jio sim in jio prime the model is showing s5 s900 then i have checked my imei num in online that site also showing samsung s5 . how it possilbe what the problem.

Does the phone have an S-Pen with a button on the end? The S5 has no S-Pen.
