Thank you. I actually had to do the factory reset. The first issue was my phone updated and sometime after that, I let my phone die overnight and the next morning I tried to log in and it would not take my pin password. That led to the factory reset. After that is when the not being able to answer incoming calls started. I read where the marshmallow update was the culprit. Any more ideas? Thanks for responding.
When mine updated months ago, the only problem I had was a stuck theme.
I agree with the previous poster, if a factory reset didn't take care of it, and you're sure you haven't disabled something that you shouldn't have, it's time to contact the carrier.
I cannot rule out error on my part but feel pretty confident in my settings. Definitely could be something i'm missing! I will contact my carrier. Thanks!!!!
