my note 8 deleted everything after it was completely frozen

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to at least get my contacts back with back up assistant plus from Verizon and I keep getting an error message stating: Backup Assistant Plus has lost network connection. Please retry your operation over and over, I have deleted the application and re-installed it 3 times as well. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you certain you didn't save your contacts to your Google account instead of the Verizon account? Go to contacts.google.com on your computer browser -- are any of the contacts there?
