My note 8 is dual sim but the model is N950F

I have dual sim Galaxy note 8, but the model number is SM-950F. Isn't it supposed to be SM-950FD?

No it would be F/DS, it probably says that on the box and DUOS on back of the phone, mine does anyway

Also in about phone in settings it will just say 950F under model number but you will have two imei numbers

I have the N950F too. It's the international version. The second SIM slot can be used for a memory card, that is what I use mine for.
