My one plus 6 drops the call once i answer it

My OnePlus 6 drops the call once I answer. Idk what to do I have done a factory reset and everything. My phone company says it's not them. What should I do

Which carrier are we talking about? Have you tried putting your SIM in another phone, and seeing if it's ok in there? Anyone else in your family, on the same carrier, having issues with dropped calls? I'm not totally convinced it's not the carrier, as they claim. I would call them at least 1 more time. You can also reach out to OnePlus.....
