FWIW.............I ordered my One on Friday morning, 7/25. I received shipping confirmation that night but the phone actually shipped on Monday, 7/28 and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, 7/31. I did not have any shipping options other than standard and mine was 3-day priority. Probably the result of getting an invite on a Friday caused the delay of shipping over the weekend. But any way the One should be here tomorrow.

OnePlus plus customer service complaints growing fast
Over on the OnePlus forums customer service complaints are growing as fast as the invites. A lot of people with defective phone not getting any response from customer service. My phone has multiple problems and have been waiting not for 4 days for my RMA to be approved. They are totally unresponsive to customer support tickets, some people waiting for refunds and will probably miss the 14 day return period because of the slow response time at OnePlus, they really need to step up their customer service or I personally believe they won't be around this time next year.

Yes they are really having issues with customer service and I hope for their sake they step it up. But ill give them time before I write them off. Just ordered my phone and hoping I get a good unit.

Congrats on your purchase. When I first read this thread I only read your post and was tempted to order from Oppomart also, but I'm glad I didn't now. I was over at the Oneplus forums yesterday and barely missed a invite. Someone was offering a invite for Capricorns, and I saw that thread too late.

Well if the photo of their customer service team was any sign, then yeah they may be having problems. I saw like 5 people around a table with a few computers and the caption said that they were responding to customers. I think that what they are experiencing is normal start-up hiccups, but on a global scale. I don't think they anticipated the magnitude of this product launch. With that being said, they need to implement LIGHTNING FAST solutions to keep customers happy, or ppl won't think about buying from them again.

Why don't all the beggars just buy one from the many that are for sale on classifieds, ebay and elsewhere. Yes you will have to pay a premium but better that than be beggars. At least that way you can check the phone over for yellow screen and other problems.
I'm sure that I'm not the only one that thinks that all half of the beggars will do is sell the phone for a mark up if they were given an invite.

Well.....delivery was scheduled for tomorrow but the One showed up before lunch today........to my delight, and work's dismay. So far, knock on sandstone, it has filled all the expectations everyone had of the device when it was first introduced. More to come.

I bet that was a pleasant surprise. I don't want to start talking crazy and get a email tomorrow morning saying it shipped. the site says when you get a invite that means there's a phone waiting for you. i just don't understand why it hasn't shipped 40 hours later but we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Yes..........awesome device! Once USPS gets the package the procedure is quick. The pre-shipment lull will test your patience. Even though I had shipping confirmation the same day I ordered the One the USPS tracking indicated they had only been notified that a package delivery was imminent. From start to finish the process seems on par with other orders from the past.

Not always the case. There are a few people, I think myself included, who received phones that were freshly manufactured. I could still smell the glue holding the phone together when I received mine haha.

Just an update from my hours spent on OnePlus's forum waiting for a response on my RMA now for 5 days and counting. It seems people are getting fed up with the lack of response from OnePlus and are starting to file disputes with PayPal. OnePlus really needs to get on top of their poor customer service issues. It appears things are about to get ugly at OnePlus.

I really hope they get it together. I got a invite and was able to order a phone but it didn't go through initially. There is a glitch in the system with Paypal. If your address that you entered in your Oneplus account doesn't match your Paypal confirmed address exactly, the transaction may not go through, and you will loose you invite.
My Paypal confirmed account has the name of my business so I had to change my shipping to my business name, like it is in my Paypal account. I'm still not totally sure that's what solved my problem, because it didn't work the first time. I sent a support ticket to Oneplus and they reissued my invite.
I know it's on Oneplus because I've bought stuff through paypal before using my personal name with no issues.
