My P30 pro wont zoom into credit cards when asked to auto complete

I will try and explain.

Recently (it did previously work) when asked by some payment systems to scan my credit card to save entering the numbers, It is impossible to do so as the picture is too big (so you can fit the card on the frame on the screen. If you move the camera further away you cant focus.

It use to work but has stopped for some reason.

if you use the phone camera to look at the card its ok.

I am puzzled

any advice welcome

Welcome to Android Central! That's probably a glitch with the banking app. This kind of thing is unfortunately fairly common with banking apps. Send feedback to the developer for the app about it.
