My smartphone battery was fully charged, then my smartphone was on then I slammed my smartphone on the hard concrete floor really hard, then my smartphone turned off, then my smartphone is not turning on at all even though I did charged it for 2 hours. Is it possible to take my smartphone to repair shop?

I can not take my photo because of my smartphone. My smartphone has no crack at all.

Sounds like it was a pretty significant trauma to the phone. You probably need to bring it to a repair shop.

update

i got my new smartphone. My new smartphone came with new SIM card. I put my old SIM card inside of my new smartphone from my broken old smartphone, I am using my new smartphone, do I need to get rid of my old SIM card and use my new SIM card?

Check with your carrier to make sure it's ok to keep using the old SIM card. The new one might just remain dormant unless you activate it. If your phone supports 5G, though, and your old SIM was from before your carrier launched 5G, then there's a possibility the old SIM won't let you connect to 5G (in which case the new SIM probably would).

My old broken smartphone is T Mobile carrier and no 5G. My new smartphone is T Mobile carrier, I still can use my old SIM card?
