My phone causes my Cowin e7's to stutter and the obvious solutions don't work.

I don't use an app to listen to music, I have my music downloaded. My note 5 is causing my new headphones to stutter and resetting, each cleaning, and restarting don't work. Pls help

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean that the headphones are "resetting, each cleaning"?

2.4 GHz wi-fi can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth. See what happens if you turn off wi-fi temporarily. In addition, Bluetooth signal can be blocked fairly easily, even by your body. Does the stuttering happen if the phone is out in the open, with a good line of sight to the headphones?
