My phone connects to the audio but not media Bluetooth. How can I resolve this?

I have tried connecting my Samsung galaxy s6 phone to Bluetooth headphones that I have used many times before. It does connect to the phone's audio but not media setting. I have tried to manually change it but it's not allowing me. It does connect to other WiFi speakers no problem. Help!!! I am trying to connect to Spotify.

Check your device name in Bluetooth setting and make sure toggle on for calls and media
