My phone constantly says "Unfortunately, Exchange Services has stopped." What should I do?

Hi all, recently my phone keeps popping "Unfortunately, Exchange Services has stopped." I am getting all my emails but it is quite annoying as the message comes almost three times per minute. I am just a user with zero technical knowledge, so I am clueless. Anyone can give me a hand to fix this, please?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Exchange Services, and Clear Cache. Now try again.

Thanks Diddy! I fiddled with my phone (Hyundeai Q5X) and removed a few email accounts yesterday. It seems the trick is working as I have not seen that alert again. But of course it is not the best solution as I have to sacrifice a couple of accounts. I also tried to follow your instructions but could not locate "clear cache" in ALL under Apps of Setting.

The menu I'm referring to is in the phone's system settings. So go to the main settings menu, then look for "Apps" or "App Manager," then look in the "All Apps" list for Exchange Services. Select it, and tap Clear Cache.

Exchange services doesn't even show up in my apps... If I don't even have the app why am I getting messages about it? What is exchange services anyway?

I can't even find exchange services under my apps... If I don't have exchange services why do I keep getting the messages? They are popping up especially when I first turn on my phone about 6 times every minute! I can't do anything on my phone and I'm ready to throw it out the window

I had the same problem on my LG GY recently for my work email. After removing the account then reinstall it, the problem is solved.
