My phone doesn't receive calls while using YouTube

Hello, while using the youtube app on my "TECNO SPARK 7T" my phone doesn't ring when anyone calls me, instead I receive a message that says I missed a call from x...
I already tried going to youtube settings in Menu>Settings>Notifications, and turning off the Disable Sounds & Vibrations toggle wich didn't work...

can you clarify your question? do you mean like youtube permissions? because for youtube I have all the necesarry permissions enabled.

This is a good question -- if VoLTE is not available, that means the phone can't do simultaneous calls and internet. Are you able to browse the web using your browser while on a phone call? If not, that would confirm that VoLTE isn't active (which could be due to a setting on your phone, or it could be due to your carrier not supporting it on your phone).
