the charging led does not turn on either

I see you are a newer user here - welcome to Android Central! If I'm understanding you correctly, it sounds like your phone may be bootlooping, if it keeps booting back to back like that.

Is all of your important information backed up? How long have you had the phone, and do you have any kind of device protection on it?

The battery or motherboard might have failed -- using WhatsApp may have just been coincidental. Are you able to boot into Safe Mode? https://www.t-mobile.com/support/de...e Power, until the device finishes restarting.

no, no matter how long i press power key, does nothing

Coincidentally i had another post where asking for a solution for backup, i was unable to continue, i have no backup, only a one month old backup i did manually. i have had the phone for 8 months, i had the same phone previously but i lost it on a train, device protection? well, screen protector and rubber cover, it is already a pretty rugged phone. 5 days ago screen was cracked.

Cracked from an impact? Something may have been slightly damaged during the fall and the failure is related to that, everything else is coincidence. That sucks but at least you were able to do the backup and have device protection. I'd say take to a Corporate location that does repairs or contact the insurer to see if you can take to someplace like a U Break I Fix and have it looked at. If it's totaled, guess who's getting a new refurbished phone.

I stepped on it with my bike, thats why screen is cracked.
Thats why i WOULD NEVER EVER in my life rely on a phone without removable media, i only have a old month backup of calendar contacts and notes, and what it is in the memory card, but no backup of many important documents and photos in the internal memory.
i dont care about the phone anymore, all i want is only 20 minutes with the phone on so i can pull out my data. thats al li want my internal data.

is any way to access to the internal memory? is it a memory card solered to the motherboard? no way to open the phone and pull out the internal memory?

In the future, it would be best to back up your data using Google Drive and Google photos, and /or Samsung Cloud. That way you won't lose data on the event your phone is lost or broken.

Most populas backup solutions only backup generic stuff, photo, media, contacts calendar, messages..

in my case i used the internal memory of the phone for storing other files ans photos.

That is what i want to recover.

Hi,
Before phone restarts you pressed volume up and power button same time ? If so and it keeps going to that screen you need to flash the stock firmware

volume up, home and power, then after several seconds or minutes the blue "recovering boot" came, then nothing else, sometimes the recovery menu is there sometime just "recovering boot" dissapear and appear back again..
