My phone got wet. Everything seems to be working except all of the sound is gone. Slight probblem!

[Android Central Question]

My phone is only 3 months old. It is a moto g6. I knocked it into running water.It was not submerged. Grabbed it, but it took me a minute to get the rubber cover off. Didn't take out battery. Dried off, put in front of fan. A message ran across top of screen that said it had no SIM card. That stopped soon .
It is silent, can't use microphone for anything It makes a call. But, can't hear ring, anyone answer etc. Goggle assistant says can't reach goggle at the moment. Help. I love this phone
