My phone has a charging problem, can I get some help?

i have htc desire 610, it started 3 days ago the phone suddenly started to charge at much slower rate and it sometimes the connection goes off. it works fine when connected to the computer. the phone also discharges at much faster rate now. i have tried different wires tried cleaning it but no difference. plzz help

It may happens for battery damage. get a new battery
