My phone has a setting to go volume off 10PM to 7AM. How do I change this?

my phone is set to turn volume off from 10pm to 7am. I didn't intentionaly set it to do this. Does anyone know how to reset it or turn it off. I don't want it to do that.

It's probably your Do Not Disturb feature. Go to Settings>Notifications>Do Not Disturb and turn off the Sleeping toggle (or edit the times there).

I don't have a Sleeping toggle and it won't let me edit the time or turn the times off

No, that screenshot you shared is specifically for the Schedule part of Do Not Disturb. Tap that left-facing arrowhead at the upper left to get to the main Do Not Disturb menu.

That's one level too high. Scroll down to the Do Not Disturb option right below the "Recently Sent" section, tap it, and show the screen there.

She contacted Samsung support tech, so far they haven't figured it out.
